20/20 is a diverse 40 minute workout that improves cardiovascular fitness + builds total body strength.
The first half of class uses a wide variety of innovative cardio formats. The next uses free weights, body weight, tubing and other props for strength conditioning.
20/20/20
A mat is required.
20/20/20 takes you through a full body workout. Divided into equal segments of cardio, strength, and core training.
Segments change weekly for a wide variety of cross training modalities. Such as Circuit Training, Intervals, HIIT, Kickboxing, 3 minute Drills, Sport Training and Tabata.
AB-solute CORE
​A mat is required.
All other equipment is provided.
AB-solute Core gives you three-dimensional strength for the axis of your body in 30 minutes. A stronger core, from your shoulders to your hips, improves athletic performance and enhances movement health.
Class may include standing + floor work with the use of weights, a mat, an optional step, towel and other props.
AERIAL YOGA
​A mat is required.
Not for anyone who is pregnant, has vertigo or high blood pressure.
Aerial Yoga is a multi level yoga and stretching class using silks suspended from the ceiling to support and deepen your practice.
This yoga based format challenges your upper body, core and balance. Stretch and relax as you massage the fascia of your body while you sink into your muscles and silks.
BARRE
No mat needed.
No getting on the floor.
Chair can be used for in home classes.
This Barre class blends together the elements of exercise science with the general principles of :

BODY SCULPT
A mat is required.
All other equipment is provided.
A total body, low impact, muscular endurance program that focuses on functional movement patterns that dynamically integrate the upper + lower body. Using bands, towels + weights to train coordination + dynamic balance while increasing muscular endurance + functional movement. Class uses multiple muscle groups together in blocks of progressive periodization.
CARDIO STEP
No mat needed.
Step platform optional.
Cardio Step is a low impact 45 minute cardio class that increases your heart health. The use of a step platform helps to tone and sculpt the lower body. You will get definition in your calves, glutes, quads, hamstrings, and low back health!
DANCE FITNESS
No mat needed.
No getting on the floor.
A wildly addictive dance class based on a diverse variety of music genres. This nonstop, interval based, cardio class with repetitive dance steps and some fun athletic moves!
Every couple of weeks a new song/routine is introduced, so you get to bust out the dances you know + challenge yourself with the newer ones.
Drum CORE
A mat is required.
Drum sticks provided.
A 30 minute drumming class to target your ABS + ASSETS
(glutes, thighs, and core). Drumming is a form of naturopathic conditioning that generates new neuronal connections in the brain. This integration synchronizes the left and right hemispheres releasing endorphins, reducing stress, and boosting the immune system.

FIT over 50
No mat needed.
No getting on the floor.
Fit over 50 is a class for all ages and fitness levels. Enjoy a bit slower music while we focus on active aging. With an emphasize on functional fitness, lower body isolation, balance, upper body isolation, and mobility. Class consists of low impact aerobics, tubing or towel, and light weights.
FULL BODY FUSION
A mat is required.
Blankets can be used to pad knees.
Full Body Fusion is a non-impact hybrid class that fuses yoga, stretching, and Pilates core with blocks of hip and spine health. Evening class is 45 minutes in length, while the morning class is an hour. The longer class has additional blocks for strength challenge, core back, longer stretching sequence with rest + restore.
GENTLE YOGA
A mat is required.
All other props are supplied.
Gentle yoga is exactly what the name infers, slow and gentle. You will be guided through 6 directions of the spine while stretching and strengthening your entire body. Each class is uniquely different filled with options to fit every body. Develop a safe relaxing practice, to quiet music.
GROUP RIP
Step used as a bench. 3 sets of weights.

Group RIP uses free weights with the proven RIP formula or "The REP Effect". Focusing on low weight loads and high repetitions, you'll burn fat, gain strength, and quickly produce lean muscle. Class is choreographed by each major muscle group to match movement to music.
Pilates "HR" Human Reformer
A mat is required.
All other props are supplied.

Use bands to transform your body into a genius pulley system for a portable Pilates reformer experience.
Using resistance bands captures all the postural, core + alignment challenges that reformer work is famous for. Pilates classes focus on developing core strength, flexibility, balance and stamina. The instructor presents the exercises at multiple levels which allows students to choose to work at their own pace.
TRX
Mat used occasionally.
Body Sculpt is a low impact total body workout. This class incorporates hand weights and other studio props to condition and sculpt your entire body. Using both upper and lower body muscles we will develop, strengthen, shape, and tone you from head to toe.
VINYASA FLOW YOGA
A mat is required.
Props can be used if needed.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga unites the mind and body through breathe and movement.
This is an intermediate level class for clients with previous yoga practice.
ZUMBA
No mat needed.
No getting on the floor.
Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance workout that is primarily an aerobic workout - and it's all about having fun. So we encourage you to move to the beat of the music more than follow the choreography exactly. Join the party...it's exercise in disguise!
